Returning your purchase

You may return items purchased from Ithira Store within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Receiving a refund
